The Situation
The Desmond chose IMS to perform the Design and Integration of major system upgrades to the 130 seat amphitheater and other presentation rooms in order to attract a higher end clientèle and drive the conference center business.
The IMS Solution
IMS engineered the system with the capacity to maximize multiple uses - anything from high level executive and stock holder meetings to various discussion panels to worship services.
Ease of use for guest presenters is key, so IMS integrated multiple, simple-to-operate touch panel interfaces for system control.
The system contains integrated audio built to overcome the acoustical challenges of the room for audio conferencing, recording, & voice reinforcement. A custom lectern was crafted for professional presentations and a front projection system installed for multi-source video presentations.
The system is built for expansion to execute video recording and live video teleconferencing broadcasts or Distance Learning applications.
