The Situation
Dendrite was consolidating 3 of its northern New Jersey locations into one Global Headquarters in Bedminster, New Jersey. IMS was given the challenge to provide a customized Audio Visual solution based on Dendrite's business objectives and marketing plan.
Client Needs
Outfit Dendrite's new headquarters in such a way as to position them as a leader in technology development
Design and build a presentation system for an Executive Briefing Center, dedicated to high-level software demonstrations
Design and build AV solutions for 23 conference rooms, each allowing computer network access and video presentations
The IMS Solution
IMS devoted several months to developing a needs analysis based on Dendrite's business model and future company goals.
Solutions Room (5 Screen): 4 plasma and front projection. Crestron control gives users the ability to route video signals to any of the displays. Any image can be sent to the large projection screen while simultaneously routing the audio to the stereo ceiling speaker system.
Auditorium (Lower Left): Dual front projection system for large audience meetings. Presenter has a wireless microphone and touch panel to control system functions from anywhere in the room. Projectors are hidden in the louvered ceiling, while ceiling recessed electric screen retract while not in use.
Lobby Display: When entering the lobby of the EBC clients are treated to a 100" Nippura Blue Ocean ™. This cutting edge rear projection technology allows for a dynamic image to be displayed without having to build a dark room around the display. This system features a complete HD system. The media server, projector, and screen are native HD. Audio support is via a distributed ceiling speaker system. (Projector is hidden behind screen in soffit).
