Founded in 1997, MayoSeitz Media has quickly become one of the largest and fastest growing media agencies in the Mid-Atlantic region. Their mission is to provide the highest level strategically focused media programs to their clients to help them achieve their sales goals. MayoSeitz Media is the second largest and fastest growing media agency in the Greater Philadelphia area. It is also the region’s first media agency to qualify and be accepted to the American Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAA).
The Situation
MayoSeitz was moving their headquarters into a new facility, which presented an opportunity to replace their outdated presentation equipment.
Several A/V companies were solicited to present proposals and plans for design.

The IMS Solution
Interacted with MayoSeitz's architect, furniture provider and Teledata provider to ensure coordintion as well as on-budget and on-time delivery.
Installed a ceiling-mounted LCD projector, which could handle multiple video sources as well as a state-of-the-art sound system.
Utilized a wireless Media Link control system for simple operation

Results
